This heavy ceramic stoneware butter dish is practical and very stylish.  Great colors for your table.  Imported from Japan.

Size Notes:

This dish will not hold a full 4oz butter stick without the ends touching the cover lengthwise.  We have described this as a 3/4 stick and even a half stick to reduce confusion, but for all practical purposes it is really a pat short of a full stick.

Shipping Notes:

These items are fragile, and the bottom tends to break during shipping.  To remedy this, we repackage this item into two generic white boxes (top in one, bottom/knife in other) that will survive much rougher handling.  Our apologies for the somewhat excessive amount of packaging necessary, and the lack of the original case pack paperboard box that other vendors may use for shipping.
